NSW Blues State of Origin Kids Cattledog Bruce Heeler Cap

The Cattledog has become strongly associated with the NSW Blues because it symbolises traits the team wants to represent: toughness, loyalty, work ethic, resilience, and Australian identity.

New South Wales Rugby League officially adopted a blue heeler puppy named “Bruce” as the NSW Blues mascot. The NSWRL said the breed reflects the same values they associate with the Blues team and supporters.
