Initiate Your Request
Log into your Savvy Supporter account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
